Divided into a large yoga studio and a spa facility the building comprises a collection of forms and spaces set around a linking dry stone wall that emerges from the landscape.

Antlers dropped from the deer on the Estate are embedded into the walls of the covered terrace – everything local is used in the construction of the building.
The front door to the building opens directly to the landscape and view, orienting it directly towards the pristine river flowing into the sea beyond.
